Work-horse of the Skinner Lineup

The Skinner S28 steam turbines can be used in a wide variety of different applications and have continued to prove themselves over the years. These steam turbines are high power machines for applications up to 2000 horsepower and are considered to be the work-horse of the Skinner line. The S28 is only available in its usual centerline mounted sleeve bearing design with parts readily in-stock to ensure operation stoppages are reduced. Where rugged and dependable performance with low capital investment is critical to your operation, the wise choice is a Skinner S28 Single-Stage Steam Turbine.
